Ruling on giving one-third of a deceased person's estate to the one who raised his daughters

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
These are two questions from the questioner (A. S. H.) from Iraq. In his first question, he says: A man died, and he had two young daughters at the time of his death. His paternal cousins took care of them after his death. He left behind a piece of land, and his paternal cousins went to one of the scholars, who allocated one-third of the land to them in exchange for raising the two girls. Now the two girls have grown up and gotten married, and they have children. Does this one-third of the land that their father left remain for their father's paternal cousins who took care of them? Or is it their right that must be returned to them? Please inform us. May Allah reward you with the best reward.

Answer:
If they permit this transaction, there is nothing wrong with it. If the two girls permit this transaction, appreciating his raising of them and his kindness, and implementing what some scholars have seen, then there is nothing wrong with it. If they refuse, the ruling is according to the Shari'ah. They should resort to the Shari'ah court in any land of Allah, and the Shari'ah judge will look into the matter. If they permit it, praise be to Allah. Yes.
