Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 18918 )
Q: I have a deceased son who was married and had five children. I wish to bequeath to them the share of their deceased father in my property, along with their uncles, who are four sons and two daughters, their sisters. I ask Allah, then you, to answer: Is this permissible for me?
A: It is permissible for you to bequeath to the children of your deceased son one-third or less, because they are not your heirs. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
