What is the ruling on building graves above ground level because the soil is clay?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner, Sabri Jafar, residing in Abha, asks: Is it permissible to build graveyards above ground level if the land where the graveyards are located is clayey or agricultural?
It is known that if one digs about half a meter, or a quarter of a meter, water will appear, and there is no other place in this town.

Answer:
If it is like that, he should use wood or planks. He digs and places wood or planks to separate the water from the deceased, and buries him in the ground, and does not build on top of it; because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade building on graves. But he digs the amount that does not reach the water, digs, then places a plank underneath, or wood, or something similar that prevents the water, then buries the deceased, and throws soil over him, places bricks on it, and soil on top of that, and does not build a structure on it, yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you, O Shaykh.
