Question:
In the last of his questions, the questioner said: May the Shaykh be honored, what are the disliked acts in the prayer and its invalidators? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
These are found in the books of Islamic jurisprudence. One can look through the books of Islamic jurisprudence and find them. It is disliked to turn one’s head in the prayer. It is disliked to move in the prayer, and if the movement is excessive, it invalidates the prayer. There are many things that are disliked in the prayer. One should examine them in the books of the scholars, read them in the books of the scholars, and know them. Books of hadith, such as Bulugh al-Maram, such as 'Umdat al-Hadith, such as Zad al-Mustaqni', such as 'Umdat al-Fiqh. One reads what is disliked in the prayer and knows that.
Among the most important of these is excessive fidgeting. It is disliked. One should not fidget, and if the fidgeting is excessive and continuous, it invalidates the prayer. So among the most important matters is to be humble and tranquil in the prayer, not fidgeting, and not preoccupied with anything that distracts one from the prayer, whether by turning one’s head, adjusting one’s clothes, or otherwise. One should be tranquil and humble; as Allah, Mighty and Majestic, said:
Certainly will the believers have succeeded:قَدْ أَفْلَحَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ
[Al-Mu'minun:1]
They who are during their prayer humbly submissiveالَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي صَلاتِهِمْ خَاشِعُونَ
[Al-Mu'minun:2] We seek help from Allah. One should be present in heart. Yes.
