Answer:
There is nothing wrong with this, whether she is menstruating, in post-natal bleeding, or in a state of purity. It is permissible for her to apply henna to her head or her hands. And if there is some benefit or utility in mixing it with benzene, then we do not know of any harm in that. Yes.
