Answer:
The Sunnah is to raise the voice. The Companions used to say Ameen behind the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and raise their voices.Sunan Abi Dawud 936Sahih (Al-Albani), and he said (peace and blessings be upon him): إذا قال: وَلا الضَّالِّينَ فقولوا: آمين When he says: and not those who go astray, then say: Ameen.
