If the traveler by airplane arrives after half an hour and passes over the miqat, and he fears that he will miss the miqat, should he recite the talbiyah?

Answer:
If he takes the precaution, there is nothing wrong with it. If he takes the precaution before reaching the miqat, there is nothing wrong with it. Taking the precaution is required.
