The Ruling on Naming a Child Huda, Rahmah, Barakah, or Iman

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Our sister asks and says: Are the names Huda, Rahmah, Barakah, and Iman among the names that are disliked in the religion?

Answer:
There is no harm in them, just like Salih, 'Amir, and Sa'id. They are all fixed names whose meanings are not intended, so there is no harm in that, if Allah wills. Yes.
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) intended to prohibit such things, but then he left it, (peace and blessings be upon him).

The presenter: May Allah send prayers upon him.
