How does one with a continuous state of ritual impurity perform the prayer?

Question:
A questioner says: I am a young man afflicted with an illness—may Allah protect you from it—which is the constant release of gas during prayer. Because of this illness, I have been prevented from performing the regular voluntary prayers, and I am also plagued by doubt regarding my ritual purity in the obligatory prayers I do perform. I ask you to inform me what I should do in this matter. May Allah reward you with good!
Answer:
There is no harm on you, my brother. Pray the voluntary and obligatory prayers all together. Pray these and those. Pray the obligatory prayers, the regular voluntary prayers, and others. You are excused. The one who has gas, or continuous urinary incontinence, or a woman with continuous irregular non-menstrual bleeding, each prays according to his or her condition. However, one does not perform the ablution for prayer except when the time enters:
When the time for the midday prayer enters, he performs the ablution for prayer and prays the midday prayer and its regular voluntary prayers, and the voluntary prayers he wishes, and he reads the Qur'an, and he continues until the time for the afternoon prayer enters.
So when the time for the afternoon prayer comes and something exits, he performs a second ablution for prayer for the afternoon prayer, and he continues to pray the afternoon prayer and whatever is facilitated before it, and he continues with the remembrance of Allah until the setting of the sun while he is in a state of ritual purity.
When the sun sets, he performs the ablution for prayer for the sunset prayer and prays the sunset prayer with it, and prays the voluntary prayers, and likewise the night prayer. Whether it is gas, urine, or anything else that exits from a person, it does not harm him. Praise be to Allah [Surat al-Taghabun: 16].
And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to the woman with irregular non-menstrual bleeding when the blood was continuous with her:.
So when the time enters, he performs the ablution for prayer and prays the voluntary and obligatory prayers all together, and praise be to Allah.

So fear Allah as much as you are able
