Question:
After this, a message was sent by a listener who indicated his name with the letters (M. K. R). The message is very moving, Your Eminence, and it begins with "In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Bestower of Mercy."
Your Eminence, our father, Abdul Aziz ibn Abdullah ibn Baz (may Allah preserve him), peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings. I testify to Allah, and then I testify to you that I love you for the sake of Allah, Your Eminence! I have been afflicted with a trial, and I have become unable to control myself, especially regarding ritual purity, except with great difficulty. My ablution may be invalidated many times during the prayer, or while going to the mosque, and it may not be invalidated at some times, which are few. I have become unaware of when my ablution is invalidated and when it is not. Am I in this state among those with an excuse? And if I am, is it permissible for me to perform ablution before the time enters so that I can catch the congregation? Because I read a fatwa by Ibn Taymiyyah stating: "The one with an excuse performs ablution for every prayer, or for the time of every prayer." Is it permissible for me to perform ablution before the time enters to catch the congregational prayer, knowing that if I perform ablution after the time enters, I may not catch the congregational prayer? Is it permissible for me to combine the two prayers with one ablution with an imam who combines in rain, or in travel? Is it permissible for me to wipe over my socks while I am in this state? Is it permissible for me to lead the prayer if the mosque imam does not attend, and I am reading to those present and teaching them the Sunnah? And if I lead them in prayer, will I be sinful? Please guide us regarding these matters. May Allah reward you with good.
Answer:
I ask Allah to grant us, and you, healing and well-being from all evil. As for what you mentioned regarding love for the sake of Allah, love for the sake of Allah is among the best of the acts of drawing near to Him. We say: May Allah love you, for the sake of whom you loved us. The Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said: It is authentic from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: Muwatta Malik 51:14 Among them were mentioned: Sahih al-Bukhari 660 It is also authentic from him (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: Sahih Muslim 2566.
As for what you mentioned regarding the continuation of the state of impurity, you perform ablution for the time of every prayer. This is how the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded; the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded the woman with irregular bleeding, whose state of impurity is continuous, saying: Narrated by al-Bukhari. So you perform ablution for the time of every prayer. If something comes out of you on the way, or in the mosque, or during the prayer, it does not harm you. So praise be to Allah. Whenever you perform ablution after the time enters, the state of impurity that comes out of you on the way, or in the mosque, or during the prayer, or after the prayer does not invalidate your ablution. Rather, you may pray during the time as long as you remain in this state, until the next time comes. Whenever you pray, you may read from the mushaf, and you may perform circumambulation in Makkah, if you are in Makkah, you may perform circumambulation.
If you perform ablution for 'Asr, you may perform circumambulation with the ablution of 'Asr after 'Asr. And if you perform ablution for Zuhr, you may perform circumambulation with the ablution of Zuhr, and pray with it. And if there is a combination, one ablution is sufficient in the rain, or in travel, or in illness. One ablution is sufficient, praise be to Allah. You perform ablution and pray the two prayers with one ablution. And be glad of good, and we ask Allah for you well-being and success. Yes.
The presenter: O Allah, amen. May Allah reward you with good.
