Is it permissible for a needy agent to take from the zakah of his principal?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He says: I have a large debt amounting to approximately two hundred thousand, and I am the guardian of my younger brother, who has wealth for which I pay zakah. Is it permissible for me to take from this zakah? Please inform us, may Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
The guardian does not take the zakah; rather, he gives it to the poor and does not take it for himself. This is because he is accountable and suspected of wrongdoing. Therefore, the guardian of orphans pays out their zakah to others, not to himself.
