It is not permissible for the agent to take anything from the principal's money without his permission

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The seventeenth question of the fatwa number ( 8267 )
Q17: I entrusted someone else to buy a commodity for me, and its price was, for example, five pounds, but the man gave it to him for four and a half pounds. Is he allowed to take the remainder, which is half a pound, or not?
A 17: This is considered an agency, and it is not permissible for the agent to take anything from the principal's money without his permission; due to the generality of the evidence prohibiting the taking of a Muslim's money except by his own willing consent. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
