What is the ruling on aborting a fetus with a defect in the seventh month?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A woman is suffering from diabetes and high blood pressure and is in her seventh month of pregnancy. The doctors told her that her fetus does not have a skull and will die immediately upon birth. Is it permissible for her to abort it?

Answer:
These are matters in which one should not be lenient, for many doctors declare things that have no basis in reality, involving injustice and doubt. It is obligatory to leave this matter alone and not to be concerned by it, and to ask Allah for well-being. She should ask her Lord to protect her child from what they say, and she will see good, if Allah wills.
Many doctors declare things when the fetus is still a clot, a lump, or after the stage of the drop. All of this is haste and a claim of falsehood. The period is long, and Allah turns the child from one stage to another, and the conditions change; therefore, it is not permissible to be hasty in this matter.
