What is the ruling on cursing Satan? Is seeking refuge better?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Cursing Satan?

Answer:
It is permissible, just as Allah cursed him. However, seeking refuge in Allah from his evil is better; because when one curses him, he may become arrogant, as mentioned in the hadith, but when one seeks refuge in Allah from his evil, he becomes small.
Q: Is the hadith authentic?
A: There is no harm in it:
Do not say: "Wretched is Satan," but say: "In the name of Allah"لا تقُلْ: تَعِسَ الشيطانُ، بل قُلْ: بسم الله
, the point is that seeking refuge in Allah from his evil is better than cursing him, and Allah cursed him and drove him away.
Q: The hadith: Do not curse Satan, but seek refuge from him?
A: I do not know it.
Q: The story of Adam (peace be upon him) with Satan:
But when He gives them a good [child], they ascribe partners to Himفَلَمَّا آتَاهُمَا صَالِحًا جَعَلَا لَهُ شُرَكَاءَ
[Al-A'raf:190], is it authentic?
A: The text of the Qur'an states that it was with Adam; because Allah said:
It is He who created you from one soul and created from it its mate that he might dwell in security with her. And when he covers herهُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ نَفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَجَعَلَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا لِيَسْكُنَ إِلَيْهَا فَلَمَّا تَغَشَّاهَا
[Al-A'raf 7:189]
... the verse [Al-A'raf:189], so the story is the story of Adam with his wife, and some of the Salaf said that the intended meaning is the offspring, but the text of the Qur'an is clear.
