What is the ruling on leaving the mosque after the adhan?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If a person makes it a habit to go to his house after the adhan and then return a little before the iqamah, does he sin for doing so?

Answer:
No, he does not sin, but it is more preferable for him to remain in the mosque. He should come to the mosque having finished everything and being prepared. However, if the adhan is called and he is not in a state of wudu, and he goes to perform wudu, there is nothing wrong with that.
Q: Is it a habit?
A: Even if it is, it does no harm. But if he goes and comes for reasons, there is no harm. However, it is better for him to come prepared so that when the adhan is called, he waits.
Q: There is a prohibition against leaving the mosque after the adhan. Is this prohibition for the sake of making it haram?
A: Yes: "He has disobeyed Abu al-Qasim," except for a legitimate religious excuse.
Q: He goes to his house to perform the sunnah of lying down between the adhan and the iqamah?
A: He prays in the mosque, and praise be to Allah. The matter is broad.
