What constitutes the proof regarding the arrival of Islam to people?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Who is it that the proof has not reached, as is conceivable in our time?

Answer:
Yes, it is conceivable; it may be in some regions: in the East or the West, where there is no radio and no callers to Allah. The ruling may depend on existence, so if there is someone to whom the call has not reached, this is his ruling. Allah, (Exalted and Majestic is He), says:
And never would We punish until We sent a messenger.وَمَا كُنَّا مُعَذِّبِينَ حَتَّى نَبْعَثَ رَسُولًا
[Al-Isra: 15]. So if someone is in a region: in the West, East, North, or South, and has not heard the Qur'an or the Sunnah, nor heard the callers to Allah, he is of the kind of animals, among those who will be tested on the Day of Resurrection.
Q: If someone is at the edges of the world and heard about Islam in a confused or erroneous manner that he could not distinguish?
A: The proof is not established until the verses or texts from the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) reach him, until he hears what brings him peace of mind, so that he is at peace and it is established with him.
