Ruling on making up the greeting of the mosque

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the ruling for one who prays two rak'ahs after the Fajr prayer? Is it obligatory for one who missed the greeting of entering the mosque before the prayer to make it up? And when is its time?
Answer: The greeting is not made up. If one comes to the mosque and the people are praying, the obligatory prayer suffices for him, and there is no need for him to make up the greeting of the mosque, for the obligatory prayer takes its place. If he did not pray the regular voluntary prayer (the Sunnah of Fajr) because he arrived and the imam had already entered the prayer, then he has a choice: if he wishes, he prays it after the obligatory prayer, and if he wishes, he prays it after the sun has risen, as is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). I mean the regular Sunnah that is prescribed before the Fajr prayer, which is two rak'ahs. If it is missed because he came from his house to the mosque and the people had already entered the prayer, and he had not prayed it at home, then he prays it after the prayer if he wishes; for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) approved of those who did it after the prayer. And if he wishes, he delays it until he prays it after the sun has risen. The matter is broad in this regard, and praise is due to Allah. As for the greeting, it is not made up; the greeting of the mosque is not made up. Yes.
