Ruling on combining prayers due to work

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
I am affiliated with one of the government departments, and these departments work from eight in the morning until three in the afternoon. Sometimes I combine the Dhuhr and Asr prayers. What do you advise me to do?
Answer: It is obligatory for the believing man and woman to perform the prayer in its time. So Asr is performed in its time, and Dhuhr is performed in its time. It is not permissible to combine them except for a valid excuse, such as rain according to the correct opinion, or illness, or travel. If there is a legitimate Shari'ah excuse, there is no harm in combining them; otherwise, it is obligatory to perform each prayer in its time: Dhuhr in its time and Asr in its time. Study is not an excuse for combining them. So it is obligatory for you, and for every Muslim man and woman, to perform the prayers in their times. This is because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) clarified them for the Ummah and explained them to the Ummah. He said, after having set the times for the prayers:
The prayer is between these two timesالصلاة بين هذينن الوقتين
regarding Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha, and Fajr. So Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He) clarified the times through the tongue of His Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Therefore, the Ummah must listen and obey what he (peace and blessings be upon him) clarified, and they must remain steadfast upon it, and they must not take a dispensation in anything except for a Shari'ah dispensation established from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). Yes.
