The Shaykh’s comment on the student’s remarks regarding deviants from the Tabligh group and the Tahrir Party

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The student : Yesterday, one of the Tabligh group told me, “We are Salafis.” During our conversation, he said to me, “I asked a Shaykh in the great Umayyad Mosque.” I wanted to say, “It is not permissible to pray in it because of the graves.”

The Shaykh: Allah is the Greatest!

The questioner : My young brothers... in some mosques, the brothers, it seems, saw him. And Glorified be Allah, one day my brother Ra'id Samadi and I, despite our differences, we were not together, we rejected the pamphlets he was distributing. I told him, “Tell him I do not advise you to distribute them,” and I left him. He said, “O Shaykh, take them.” I told him, “I will not take them.” The same scene repeated with our brother Ra'id Samadi, before or after that. A few months ago, we met the man, and he told me, “I am bringing you good news. I have found the truth. I have repented. I, I.” He said two incidents affected me: this incident and the incident with our brother Ra'id. So, in any case, the man, if Allah wills, we consider him to be moving in the right direction. He asks about you constantly. Yesterday, he made a good defense of this fatwa in front of al-Rawdah Mosque. Today, it seems he heard that he saw you, and he said, “I want to...”The Shaykh : ...enter my house, hoping that, if Allah wills, if he enters my house, he said, “Before I die, I want to...”The Shaykh : ...come to our house, his father’s house. He meant, at the very least, I think, but he was very enthusiastic about the ideas of the Tahrir Party.

The Shaykh : I think it is ignorance, ignorance, and boundless emotions.
