The stance regarding publications containing fabricated and invented hadiths

Here is a message sent by our brother: Turki Ahmad Abd al-Karim Bana from Riyadh. Our brother sent a printed sheet on which the following was written:
In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate. Allah the Exalted said: [Surat al-Dhariyat: 55]. A reminder from Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: I and Fatimah entered upon the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and found him weeping intensely. I said: May my father and mother be a ransom for you, O Messenger of Allah! What is making you weep? He said (peace and blessings be upon him): O Ali! On the night I was taken up to the heavens, I saw women from my Ummah in severe punishment. I was shocked by their condition because of the severity of their punishment. I saw a woman hanging by her hair, the brain of her head boiling. I saw a woman hanging by her tongue, with scalding water being poured into her throat. I saw a woman hanging by her breasts. I saw a woman eating the flesh of her body, with fire burning beneath her. I saw a woman whose legs were tied to her hands, and snakes and scorpions were unleashed upon her. I saw a woman who was deaf, blind, and mute, in a coffin of fire, with the brain of her head coming out of her nostril.
And this continues, Your Eminence, in listing these things, and he asks about the authenticity of what is in this publication?
Answer: All of this is well-known and circulated among people, and it is invalid. It is all fabricated against the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). It has no basis; this is from the invented matters, from what the liars have fabricated, and it has no authenticity from Ali or from anyone else. Rather, it is from the fabricated hadiths invented against the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). Often, they fabricate many hadiths against Ali. It is necessary for whoever comes across something like this to destroy it and warn people that it is a lie. Yes, we ask Allah for safety, we ask Allah for well-being.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good. The danger of publications returns again and again, Your Eminence?
The Shaykh: Yes, there is no doubt that the danger of publications is a danger, and it is obligatory for Muslims to be alert to them, and not to be deceived by publications until they present them to scholars known for uprightness and correct knowledge. Yes.
The presenter: Perhaps the responsible authorities also have a role in this, Your Eminence?
The Shaykh: There is no doubt. It is obligatory for the rulers, the princes, the Minister of the Interior, and the Minister of Awqaf to pay attention to this matter and to concern themselves with this matter so that they warn people and prevent people. Likewise, the scholars, and likewise the courts, and likewise the committees. All of these are involved in these matters. It is obligatory for them to be alert to these matters and to warn people about these things that are distributed or published or posted, which are invalid. We ask Allah for safety. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah bless you. Perhaps the dangers are not hidden, and it is good to mention them here, Your Eminence, especially the danger to security and the danger to the homelands, and the danger to people's ideas and their beliefs. May Allah bless you.

It is obligatory for the responsible parties, without doubt, to be alert to this, especially the committees, may Allah guide them, and the princes, the judges, and the scholars in every place, and the responsible parties in the Interior, and so on, so that cooperation is achieved against these invalid publications. Yes.
