The ruling on entering with the wife after the contract without the guardian's permission

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question in the letter of Sayyid 'Umar al-Sayyid, an Egyptian national working in Kuwait, states: I contracted my marriage to one of the women after giving her the mahr (i.e., the bridal gift), and I wanted to enter with her, but her father refused until I prepare three complete rooms for her, and I am unable to do so. Is it permissible for me to enter with her without her father's knowledge? Please inform us, may Allah reward you.
Answer: You do not have that right. You do not have the right to enter with her except with the knowledge of her father and her family, so that you are not accused of evil, and so that no fitnah (trial, discord or temptation) occurs between you. It is obligatory for you to carry out what her father said, or to refer the matter to the Shari'ah (Islamic sacred law) and the Shari'ah judge. As for you going against that and being alone with her, and contacting her with only the two of you; no, because this causes much evil and much fitnah (trial, discord or temptation), and severe consequences. It is obligatory for you to be patient and resolve problems in a good manner, and to understand with her father by interposing some reconcilers until they reconcile you. If reconciliation does not become easy, then by referring to the Shari'ah judge to resolve the problem between you. This is what is obligatory for you. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you.
