Ruling on a woman going out with her husband after the marriage contract

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner Abu Hisham from Jeddah asks: Is it permissible for the groom, after the marriage contract, to go out with his fiancée to furnish the house and buy some necessities?

Answer:
She is his wife, but there is a fear that he may have intercourse with her, that she may become pregnant, and then a separation, doubts, and illusions may arise regarding this matter. The safest course is to avoid being alone with her until the legal entry takes place, until she is brought to him. This is further from danger. Otherwise, she is his wife, and there is no harm in it; she is his wife, and he may be alone with her and have intercourse with her. However, if this happens before the wedding, there is a fear that a separation will occur, and then he will disown the child and say, "I did not do it," leading to corruption and evil.
Therefore, the safest course is to avoid her until the legal wedding and the legal entry, which is known to everyone, take place. This is the safest and most preferable course. Otherwise, she is his wife, and there is no doubt that if he is alone with her, there is no blame on him. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
