Is it permissible to say that one who died in a state of disbelief is in the Fire?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The well-known scholarly disagreement concerns one who died in a state of disbelief: is it permissible to say that he is in the Fire?

Answer:
One who dies in a state of disbelief, whether a Jew, a Christian, or otherwise, if he dies upon his religion, he is in the Fire. Allah has threatened them with the Fire. Thus, the disbelievers are in the Fire with certainty, and the Muslims are in Paradise with certainty.
As for speaking about a specific individual, such as so-and-so, the son of so-and-so, the issue is: is it permissible to testify to his specific designation, or not? Except for those whom the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) testified to.
The Jews are in the Fire, and the Christians are in the Fire, all the disbelievers, just as the believers are in Paradise. Allah, Mighty and Majestic, said:
Allah has promised the believing men and believing women gardens beneath which rivers flowوَعَدَ اللَّهُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ
[Surat al-Tawbah: 72], so in general, they are promised Paradise.
But regarding so-and-so, the son of so-and-so, being a believer, it is Allah who knows what is in his heart, unless the Infallible one (peace and blessings be upon him) testified to him, or the Qur'an testified to him, such as in the case of Abu Lahab:
May the hands of Abu Lahab be ruined, and ruined is he.تَبَّتْ يَدَا أَبِي لَهَبٍ وَتَبَّ
[Surat al-Masad: 1].
