Al-Tirmidhi mentioned from 'Umar ibn al-Khattab: “The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), when he raised his hands in supplication ... until ...”, and he said, “Its chain is weak.” And the commentator says, “Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar graded the hadith as good in *Bulugh al-Maram*,” because he said, “It has corroborating narrations in Abu Dawud, including the hadith of Ibn 'Abbas and others, and the sum of them indicates that it is a good hadith.”
