A suggestion from one of the attendees to hold a session for those who treat possession, in which a series of advice and guidance is delivered to them.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The student : What is the obstacle, our esteemed Shaykh, in doing something practical, such as inviting our brothers who treat [possession], and holding a large, substantial session for those who treat [possession], and speaking to them with advice that is prepared and studied?
Another student: By Allah, this is good.
Another student: And it is recorded and published in the Muslim community, meaning we present a proposal with a correct understanding of the subject.
Another student: By Allah, this is a good practical thing, our Shaykh.
Another student: Our brothers, dozens of them now, are treating [possession] among our brothers.

The Shaykh : How?
The student : Dozens of our brothers are treating [possession].

The Shaykh : Dozens.
The student : Dozens of them are treating [possession] now, meaning it may reach fifty people.
Another student: I am almost certain that from this entire number, no more than two or three are qualified.

The Shaykh: Yes.
The student : Not at all.
Another student: So they need advice, our teacher.
Another student: I mean, with the exact number I mentioned, I see so-and-so reading, so-and-so reading, so-and-so reading. I mean, truly, by Allah, I am saying I remember, I remember Ahmad ibn Hanbal, I remember Ibn Taymiyyah.

The Shaykh : Ibn Taymiyyah, the matter became trivial, Abu Anas.
The student : By Allah, our Shaykh, it is not in our hands.
They were, I mean, rare landmarks on the path.

The Shaykh: Yes, by Allah.
The student : Our Shaykh, it is not in our hands.

The Shaykh : No, it has become a profession.
The student : Because what happens, our Shaykh, is that sometimes a person comes and says to you: I want to train with you to treat [possession]. You tell him: My brother, by Allah, I do not guarantee you, and then I do not treat just anyone. He starts with you correctly, then you hear wonders about him, and you cannot do anything for him. You can tell him to come for relief, because, my Shaykh, sometimes a hundred cases would come to me, my Shaykh.

The Shaykh : Yes? Peace be upon you, and Allah’s mercy and blessings. [SpeakingThe Shaykh : in a non-Arabic language on a phone call] And upon you be peace, and Allah’s mercy and blessings.
The student : By Allah, the person is harmed, I mean, his time is wasted, my Shaykh, and his knowledge.

The Shaykh: Yes, by Allah.
The student : His academic attainment, I mean.
