Disturbance by the al-Saqaf Group to Shaykh al-Albani

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh: These people of his have disturbed us greatly by phone at night.
The student: Strange, how?

The Shaykh: In various ways, in various ways. Sometimes old men, sometimes small children, they call the phone and open it, yes, yes, hello, hello, I understand. At that point, I realized there was mockery and ridicule, so I hung up. Or they call the phone and open it, who is it... like that, no one answers. It is like that until the voice cuts off. Then they ask us to call back, we call back, no one answers, and so on. One night, it was the time for questions, from eight to ten, from eight-thirty to ten, no one benefited from me at all.
The student: There is no power nor strength except with Allah.

The Shaykh: They are holding the line in this way. It hardly ends without being, what is it, the preparation of the kabsa, and so on. This picture repeated many times. Once, one of them asked a question related to our brother 'Isa's book. I told him, I felt from the way he asked that he was from the al-Saqaf group. I told him, what do you have, my brother, with such books, whether the books of al-Saqaf or those that respond to him? Ask about something that benefits you in your religion, in your creed. No sooner did he hear this than he began to reveal his identity. I directed to him the traditional Salafi question. I told him, well, where is Allah?
The student : Heh.

The Shaykh: So he was silent. He returned a silence, no response, no answer. He hung up. After a while, he opened up to me and said: O Shaykh, repent to Allah, repent to Allah. And from this speech, I knew that the man was arguing with falsehood.
The student: O Allah, I seek Your forgiveness and I repent to You.
Another student: There is no power and no strength except with Allah.

The Shaykh: Allah is the Helper. I mean, there is a lot of opposition and a lot of very much opposition.
The student: May Allah increase you in His station, O our Shaykh, by the permission of Allah...

The Shaykh: May Allah will it, may Allah will it. If Allah says to His Prophet:
Nothing is said to you, [O Muhammad], except what was already said to the messengers before you مَا يُقَالُ لَكَ إِلَّا مَا قَدْ قِيلَ لِلرُّسُلِ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ
[Fussilat 41:43]
.
The student: Allah is the Greatest!

The Shaykh: What they said is little compared to what is said about us.
The student: Of course, O Shaykh, I... contradictory, the contradictory exists.
Another student: I seek refuge in Allah.

The Shaykh : Yes.
The student : ... .
Another student: May Allah kill him.

The Shaykh: This is weak.
The student: May Allah fight him.
Another student: May Allah will it, they increase us and do not decrease us, may Allah will it.

The Shaykh : If Allah wills.
The student: And this, O our Shaykh, did you see it?

The Shaykh : Yes.
The student: There is no power nor strength except with Allah.

The Shaykh: But something caught my attention.
The student: Go ahead.

The Shaykh: That he is reporting that the Shaykh, about me, that he mentioned so-and-so authenticated the hadith, and so-and-so, and so-and-so, and so-and-so. This is not found in the old printed edition.
The student : Correct.

The Shaykh: Well, where did he get this from?
The student: It is possible from the session, O Shaykh.

The Shaykh: No, he is attributing it to the book.
The student: Reasonable? Where is it? By Allah, I have not seen it.

The Shaykh: Bring it so I can tell you. I think he mentioned the second volume, then you read the book.
The student: I read it, yes.

The Shaykh: Meaning, he mentions what is not his and does not mention what is his.
The student: Allah is the Greatest!

The Shaykh: That is:
They distort words beyond their [proper] usages يُحَرِّفُونَ الْكَلِمَ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَوَاضِعِهِ
[Al-Ma'idah 5:41]
