Is it correct to interpret the meaning of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth) as: the One who illuminates the heavens and the earth?

Answer:
Answer: Yes, light is of two types: The first type: Light is one of the attributes of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), and this is not created; it is an attribute of Allah. The second type: Created light, such as the light of the sun, the moon, the stars, and electric lights. All of this is created. Allah is the One who created it, and He is the One who illuminated the heavens and the earth with these created things. But the light that is an attribute of Allah, as in His saying: (And the earth will shine with the light of its Lord). When the Trumpet is blown and the people are gathered, and then Allah comes to judge between His servants, the earth will shine with His light (Glorified and Exalted is He).
