The Shaykh : Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions:
Prayer by night and day should consist of pairs of rak'ahs. صلاة الليل والنهار مثنى مثنى

, do not pray four rak'ahs together, neither at night nor during the day, except for witr, where it is permissible to pray witr with three rak'ahs with a single tashahhud, and five, the sunnah with a single tashahhud, and seven, the sunnah with a single tashahhud, and nine, the sunnah with a single tashahhud, except that you sit after the eighth, recite the tashahhud, then stand and pray the ninth. Take this rule:
