Or do you pray it as Zuhr, four rak'ahs? And if another man prays behind you who did not catch the tashahhud, does he pray the Friday prayer, or Zuhr? May Allah reward you with good.

You must pray Zuhr; because the Friday prayer is not caught except by a rak'ah. So if the one who joins late comes and the two rak'ahs have passed, he prays Zuhr, intending it as Zuhr, four rak'ahs. And the one who follows him also prays Zuhr; because the Friday prayer is only caught by one rak'ah. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Muwatta Malik 1:15 Yes.
