The ruling on one who forgets his ihram in his luggage and passes the miqat

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What is the action for one who forgets his ihram in his airplane luggage? He has passed the miqat; should he enter the state of ihram, or should he wait until he arrives at the airport?

Answer:
Answer: He should take off the garment, and when he takes it off, he should throw it over his shoulders without wearing it, while wearing the lower garment (izar) with something he has with him, and he should take off the sewn garments. When he gets down to the airport, he should take the lower garment and the upper garment (rida') and wear them. As for the intention, it is from the miqat.
