Explaining the minimum of the Witr prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q267: The questioner says: I pray the Witr in three rak'ahs, and I have heard on your program that it is eleven rak'ahs. How should I pray it? Two by two, or four by four, or how should I pray it?
A267: The minimum for the Witr is one rak'ah, and the lowest level of perfection is three rak'ahs,
and the highest level of perfection is eleven rak'ahs. This is the highest level of perfection. If you pray the Witr with eleven rak'ahs, you pray two by two, and when you reach the last rak'ah, you make it odd by praying it as a single rak'ah, so that it is the Witr.
