Intercourse without ejaculation during the day in Ramadan necessitates expiation

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 15310 )
Q: I was approximately sixteen years old when I got married, and I am now eighty years old. Since I approached my wife in the late morning of Ramadan while I was fasting in Ramadan, I had intercourse without ejaculation from me, though I do not know how many movements there were. I ask your Eminence about what is required of me by way of making up the fast, may Allah preserve you as a treasure for the Muslims. I hope for an answer so that I do not face hardship in my Hereafter.
A: You owe the expiation, and your wife owes the expiation if she was willing and not coerced. The expiation is: freeing a believing slave. If you do not find one, then fasting two consecutive months. If you are unable to do that, then feeding sixty poor people, one for each of you,
along with making up the day on which the intercourse occurred, and feeding one poor person for delaying the making up of the fast until another Ramadan caught up with you. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
