The Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) is a human being who is afflicted with worries and sorrows

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q317: The questioner asks: Did the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) experience worries, or did Allah (Mighty and Majestic) protect him from worries and sorrows?
A317: The Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) is a human being, and what happens to humans happens to him. He (peace and blessings be upon him) grieved, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) was concerned when something that concerned him came to him. However, he (peace and blessings be upon him) was strong in his reliance upon Allah, had good opinion of Allah, and drew near to Allah. Whenever something alarmed him, he turned to prayer, acting in accordance with the saying of the Exalted:
O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلاَةِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ
[Al-Baqarah 2:153]
, and he would turn to prayer to find relief from the worries of this world. This was his way (peace and blessings be upon him). Otherwise, in this world, neither the prophets nor anyone else is safe from worries, sorrows, and calamities.
