Ruling on executing the deceased's will to be buried in a specific location

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q330: The questioner says: A woman made a will to be buried in a specific plot, but the will was not carried out. Does her son sin in that? And is it permissible to dig up the grave and move her to the place she specified?
A330: This is not obligatory. If they had taken her to the place she specified before burial, there is no harm. But after she has been buried and settled in her place, she is not to be dug up or moved. The ruling on executing the will is permissible, provided that no harm results from it, or if the plot she ordered to be buried in involves a danger of shirk (associating partners with Allah) or a creedal error, then there is no harm in that.
