They throw the jamarat with whatever they find, from shoes to empty water bottles

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q3: Some of the pilgrims, may Allah guide them, throw the jamarat with whatever they find, from shoes to empty water bottles and other things. Does their throwing become invalid because of this behavior, or are they not held accountable for their ignorance? Please inform us, may you be rewarded, regarding these questions, and may Allah reward you with good, and peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
A3 : It is not permissible to throw the jamarat with shoes or bottles or the like; because that is not prescribed, and it contradicts the guidance of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), for he threw the jamarat with small pebbles, slightly larger than chickpeas, and said:
Take your rituals from meخذوا عني مناسككم
, and they are sinful for this action. And whoever sees them should forbid them and advise them. Their throwing does not become invalid by this action if they threw with the prescribed stones. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his companions.
