Authorizing another pilgrim to perform the stoning of the pillars on your behalf

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 17587 )
Q: This year, 1415 AH, I traveled to perform the obligatory Hajj, and this is my first Hajj in my life. I performed Hajj Ifrad, and on the Day of Sacrifice, after we descended from 'Arafah and spent the night at Muzdalifah , I stoned the Jamarat al-Aqabah, descended to the Haram , and performed the Tawaf al-Ifadah. After the Tawaf al-Ifadah, while I was in Makkah , I authorized someone to stone the pillars on my behalf. Is anything required of me after that? I am ignorant of the religious matters concerning Hajj and the order of the stoning, and the reason for my authorization is that I am ill. I hope for a fatwa and an explanation of what is obligatory upon me.
A : If the matter is as you described, there is no blame on you for authorizing another pilgrim to stone the pillars on your behalf, because you are unable to do so due to your illness.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
