Q2: When I was in the state of ihram for Hajj, I discharged semen due to repeated looking and touching , and I was able to prevent that, knowing that this was on the day of 'Arafah . Please give us a ruling, may you be rewarded.
A2 : It is forbidden for one who has entered the state of ihram for Hajj or 'Umrah to engage in sexual intercourse and its causes
such as kissing or touching, etc., during his ihram. Since you repeated looking and took pleasure in your wife by touching until you discharged semen, you have committed a sin for doing something forbidden to you during your ihram. However, your Hajj is not invalidated by this, but it is obligatory for you to offer a camel or cow to be slaughtered in Makkah and distributed to the poor of the Haram . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
