The Arrival Tawaf: Does it suffice for the Tawaf of Ifadah for the one performing Qiran and the one performing Ifrad?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The ninth question from the fatwa number ( 16402 )
Q9: Is it necessary for the one performing Qiran, if he has performed the arrival tawaf, to perform the tawaf of ifadah?
A9: The arrival tawaf does not suffice for the tawaf of ifadah for the one performing Qiran or the one performing Ifrad; because the time for the tawaf of ifadah is not this, and the tawaf of ifadah is a pillar of Hajj that is not completed except by it, and its time is after standing at 'Arafah and departing from Muzdalifah . As for the arrival tawaf, it is a recommended practice (sunnah); if he wishes, he performs it, and if he wishes, he leaves it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
