A2: Kissing the Black Stone while performing tawaf is a recommended practice (sunnah) and not obligatory. You begin with the Black Stone , touching it and kissing it, or touching it with your hand and kissing your hand. If it is difficult, you touch it with an object. If you cannot reach it, you point toward it, and it is not permissible to harm anyone by pushing them. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
