He comes for Hajj, and after completing his 'Umrah of tamattu', he wants to perform 'Umrah on behalf of one of his parents

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q2: Some people come for Hajj, and after completing their 'Umrah of tamattu', they want to perform 'Umrah on behalf of one of their parents. How should they do this?
A2 : If a person enters the state of ihram for 'Umrah as a mutamatti' (one combining 'Umrah and Hajj), the best for him after completing it is to remain in Makkah until the time for Hajj arrives, then he enters ihram for Hajj and does not repeat 'Umrah before Hajj. Once he has completed Hajj, there is no harm in performing 'Umrah afterwards from at-Tan'im or any other place outside the sacred precinct. If he performs another 'Umrah on behalf of his deceased father or deceased mother, or on behalf of those who are unable to perform it due to old age, an illness that is not expected to end, or any other condition of this nature, there is no blame on him; due to the generality of the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
An Umra is an expiation for the sins committed between it and the next, and Hajj which is accepted will receive no other reward than Paradise.العمرة إلى العمرة كفارة لما بينهما والحج المبرور ليس له جزاء إلا الجنة
Sahih Muslim 1349a
It is agreed upon that it is authentic. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
