Zakah of Commercial Establishments

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q2: I own a commercial establishment for selling foodstuffs. My question is: A- How do I pay the zakah of that establishment when I do not know what goods are inside it or what their value is? B- If I collect a sum of money from the profits of that establishment, namely, at a rate of five thousand per month, should I accumulate the profits until the end of Ramadan and pay the zakah on them, or what should I do?
A2 : In commercial establishments, one counts what is in them that is intended for trade and pays its zakah based on its market value at the completion of the lunar year, at the rate of a quarter of a tenth, that is, what equals 2.5%, two and a half percent.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
