Q6: A woman asks about the ruling on purchasing the 'Id sacrifice and performing Hajj with funds obtained from the zakah of Muslims, given that this woman finds no other funds. Is it permissible for her to do so or not?
A6: If this woman takes zakah due to her poverty and need, there is nothing wrong with her sacrificing from it and performing Hajj from it, but it is not permissible for her to take from the zakah more than her annual sufficiency.
