Q: What is the ruling on buying from a Pepsi machine found on the streets after the second call to prayer on Friday, does it carry the ruling of forbidden sale?
A: The noble verse is general in prohibiting the seller and the buyer from selling and buying:[Al-Jumu'ah 62:9]
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
