Q4: Is it permissible to distribute prizes and celebrate outstanding students in the mosque, knowing that the celebration begins with the recitation of the Noble Qur'an and there is no clapping of hands?
A4: It is permissible to distribute prizes to outstanding students in the mosque, provided that these prizes are for permissible deeds or prescribed deeds, such as memorizing the Noble Qur'an and matters of religious knowledge. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
