A person partnered with another in a car, then it became clear to him that his partner had borrowed from the bank

The first question of Fatwa number ( 20903 )
Q1: I partnered with a man in buying a taxi, and after a year of buying the car, I learned that it is not permissible for me to partner with him; because he borrowed from the bank with interest to complete the price of the car. So I wanted to separate from him, and we put the car up for sale. When the buyer came and learned the story of the car, he lowered the price to the extent that he reduced the normal price of the car (8,000 pounds). During this time, my partner asked for a period of one or two months so that he could sell the car without a loss or find a suitable partner for him instead of me. My question is: Is my share of the car's profit during this period that my partner requested lawful or forbidden?
A1: Your share of the car's yield is lawful; because it is the result of what you own of the car, and you must get rid of the partnership with one whose wealth is forbidden. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
