Favoring one of the sons with a grant

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second and third questions from Fatwa No. ( 21502 )
Q2: Is it permissible for me now to pay the costs of renovating the house after the youngest agreed to pay off the bank and own it, and am I required to give his brothers the same amount I will give him for the renovation costs?
A2: If you pay your son the amount for the renovation costs he incurred, by mutual agreement between you two, there is nothing wrong with that.
Q3: How should the matter be handled regarding the price of the two plots of land on which the buildings (the house and the annex) are located, valued at (59) thousand riyals? Is it permissible for me to relinquish them to him, or are they for the heirs after my death and he is required to pay for them, or is he required to pay them to me now? And does my relinquishment of them to him, along with the relinquishment of his brothers and sisters, absolve me of liability, or what is the course of action in this?
A3: It is not permissible for you to relinquish the aforementioned land or any of your wealth to one of your sons without the others; because this is injustice, which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade. However, if his brothers relinquish their shares, and they are of age and capable of legal transactions, there is no harm in that. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
