Q: If I miss the time for the pre-Zuhr sunnah , do I pray it after the obligatory prayer? And how many rak'ahs is it if a person’s habit is to pray four before Zuhr and four after?
A: It is recommended for one who misses the regular voluntary prayer before Zuhr to pray it after Zuhr; because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to do that. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
