The questioner : Among the signs of the Hour that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) informed us of in an authentic hadith, he says:
The swelling of the moons انتفاخ الأهلة
What does that mean?

The Shaykh : The questioner says, “In an authentic hadith.” We first demand that he verify the authenticity of this hadith. It is not permissible for anyone to rule on the authenticity of a hadith unless he knows that it is authentic. So, we are now demanding that he verify this hadith for us. If he authenticates it for us, we will inform him of its meaning.

The questioner : May Allah reward you, O Shaykh. This questioner is calling from Morocco.
