If the ma'mum makes a mistake while he is with the imam, what should he do?

The fifth question of the fatwa numbered ( 18762 )
Q5: Some of the imams of the mosques, when they say the takbir for the sitting of the tashahhud, do not distinguish it with their voice from the second takbirs. In this case, some of the ma'mum stand up while the imam and the ma'mum are sitting, and then he sits down. Is it obligatory for him, when the imam and the ma'mum say the taslim, to perform the prostration for forgetfulness or not? Because he made a mistake and stood up while the imam was sitting ?
A5: The ma'mum does not have to perform the prostration for forgetfulness for the mistake he made with his imam, provided he is not masbuq (having missed part of the prayer); because his imam in this case bears the prostration for forgetfulness on his behalf. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
