Intending to shorten the prayer but completing it in a state of forgetfulness

The third question of Fatwa number ( 15903 )
Q3: I was traveling and combined the prayers; I combined Maghrib with 'Isha' by delaying them. I prayed Maghrib in full, then stood up for 'Isha' and we prayed the first and second rak'ahs. Instead of saying the taslim after the tashahhud in the second rak'ah, I stood up in a state of forgetfulness and stood for the third rak'ah. I did not go back and completed four rak'ahs with the intention of combining them as four instead of two. After the salam, I performed the prostration for forgetfulness. Do I have to repeat the prayer or not? Please inform us, may Allah reward you.
Vol. 3: If you are traveling a distance of eighty kilometers or more, it is better for you to shorten the four-unit prayer to two units, and if you complete it, there is no blame on you. If you intended to shorten the prayer when you entered the state of ihram, then you forgot and stood up for the third unit, you have a choice between continuing and completing the prayer, in which case you do not have to perform the prostration for forgetfulness, or sitting down, then reciting the tashahhud, saying the taslim, and performing the prostration for forgetfulness. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
